Srushti began to prepare herself for the UPSC exam in her third year as a student in engineering. While she was graduating in engineering, she was unsure if it was the best choice for her. In the following years, she realized that her dream was civil services and started to focus on this. Her parents encouraged her to be a civil servant and pursue a career in public service.
